📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
