As an Accounts Receivable Executive at EnviPure, you’ll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and payments are received promptly. You’ll use tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce to manage our receivables, and you’ll be responsible for maintaining our accounts receivable ledger and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments using QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Maintain and update accounts receivable ledger
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze receivables to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable to management
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus
