HAVEN Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.,Assist in the preparation of payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
