📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards.,Maintain and organize production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Participate in training and development programs for continuous improvement.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including fieldwork.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks as required.
