Warung Lestari Health Center is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of health and wellness products is a plus.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
