The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure the cashier station is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
