Life Port Jaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Prepare and serve food and beverages during the event, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.,Assist in setting up and decorating the event venue, ensuring it meets the event's theme and requirements.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event tasks, ensuring the venue is left in a clean and presentable condition.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
