📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining HR documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee relations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
