📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Participate in business development activities to support the company's growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics is a plus.
