📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or similar roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of local market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
