📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and attract new corporate clients and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
• Leverage data and analytics to track the performance of events and business development initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of event logistics, marketing, and communications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our event offerings and business development strategies.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events, networking opportunities, and other professional gatherings to showcase our capabilities and build our brand.
• Manage the budget for events and business development initiatives, ensuring they are executed within the allocated resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, event management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, with a focus on corporate and community engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
