📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers at transit counters, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Handle ticket sales and validate tickets using our in-house ticketing system.
• Assist with bus dispatch operations, including scheduling and coordinating with drivers.
• Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and passenger information using our internal software.
• Collaborate with the transit operations team to ensure smooth and timely bus departures.
• Assist with inventory management of tickets and other transit materials.
• Promote safety and security measures at transit counters and on buses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the transit or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse passenger needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
• Proficiency in using basic computer software, including ticketing systems and inventory management tools.
• Familiarity with local transit regulations and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
