📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with warehouse safety and compliance regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
