Bright Crystal Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Production, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
