LUMEN Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team in Cikarang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team and individual goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
