📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Identify and address departmental challenges and opportunities for improvement.,Represent the department in meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of dental clinic operations and industry standards.,Familiarity with HR management and payroll processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
