📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all outlets.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in retail or FMCG industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and management best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is a plus.
