One Village Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports and access logs.,Train and supervise junior security personnel to ensure they are well-prepared to handle security tasks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security and safety measures.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas, and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and ensuring a safe environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with other departments and personnel.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as surveillance systems, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.,Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
