In this role, you will use tools like SAP and JDE for inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. You will also need to be proficient in Indonesian and English, as communication with both local and international stakeholders is crucial.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory using SAP and JDE systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support to the operations manager in managing day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations support, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and JDE for inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations is a plus.
