📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in patients and provide them with necessary information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits.,Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the waiting area.,Handle front desk transactions and ensure a smooth flow of operations.,Coordinate with staff to ensure all visitors and patients have a pleasant experience.,Perform other related duties as assigned.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
