📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Manage inventory and ensure the café is well-stocked with supplies.
• Train and assist new baristas in learning the craft of coffee making.
• Create and display eye-catching coffee art to enhance customer experience.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and inviting café environment, including tables, countertops, and restrooms.
• Assist with cash handling and basic bookkeeping tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a barista or coffee shop role, or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and POS systems.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Certificate in Barista Training is a plus.
