📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of implant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and document all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment into production processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, EAM, and CMMS.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Certification in semiconductor equipment maintenance is a plus.
