📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of operations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in safety management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety concerns.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
